Here I am again with another quick review for Amber's new collaboration as well as Gain's solo comeback! It's been awhile since we've heard any solo work from Gain and her last album Hawwah was so awesome! So let's get started!
"Breathe Again" by Ksuke & Amber had the concept of a video game throughout the music video. Not only that, but the heavily Japanese and EDM influenced track followed along with the overall concept behind this video. The song was dope and Amber's rap was lit, but I need some variation with all these EDM tracks that are being released. Bring back some old f(x) style into this new EDM style that f(x) is taking on.
"Carnival (The Last Day)" by Gain was a video of mixed emotions. The music video seemed to be from the point of view of a girl that passed away (Gain) and she is looking back on her life and the happy moments from her life. This is just speculation, I have no way of knowing if this is correct or not. The song sort of matched the mood of the video. It was very show tunesy but had a sort of melancholy emotion behind every note. The video was the same way with the dancing and happy moments in Gain's life but there was still the funeral that kept our emotions in check.

My Quick Reviews are conglomerates of music video reviews. For instance, if there are several releases in a single day that are all related or somewhat related, I will do a Quick Review segment.
