So Tiffany has been hinting at her new single for a while if you follow her on Snapchat. Today, she finally released “Heartbreak Hotel”. This single is partnered with Simon Dominic. I don't know anything about it or what it sounds like but if it's anything like her solo album, I'll be extremely excited
The music video for “Heartbreak Hotel” was simple enough. A girl goes into a club, catches the eye of a smooth-talking gentleman. He protects her and promises her love and affection. After one night of loving, the girl wakes up to find an empty hotel room. She goes back down into the club to find him attached to another girl. The aesthetics in this video were really cool though. The atmosphere seemed like a mix of a horror movie with the flashing lights and a cheap porno with the terrible lighting and club atmosphere.
The song was super relaxed and chill but not necessarily a ballad. Tiffany's vocal lines were smooth and flowing. Simon Dominic's rap was agile and right on point. Together, the two of them created a powerful song called “Heartbreak Hotel”. This was right down the way of Tiffany's solo album, but different at the same time. It had a more solemn, dark, mysterious vibe throughout the song that most of Tiffany's album lacked.
That is my review of Tiffany's new solo song for SM Station “Heartbreak Hotel”. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Please like, comment, and share this post to help support me. Also, thanks so much for all the support you've given me thus far.
