The teasers set up two different ideas in my head. One, where they wear elegant dresses and sit around Seohyun playing piano in a white room and two, where they play out in the street and the lion from “Lion Heart” makes a cameo. I guess I’ll find out if each of these are a different music video or if they are the same music video sung in different languages.
So I just finished watching the Korean version of the music video. The song started out as a ballad, but quickly changed into a fast paced Christmas tune. The video is of them in a white room with Seohyun playing the piano and then a little boy walks in a gives them an invitation. There’s a bunch of teleportation happening in this video, but then they end up decorating a tree and in the street, playing. The lion does make a cameo but they see him and shout stuff at him and then proceed with their festivities. All three of them looked stunning in this video but my favorite look on them was when they were in red, decorating the tree with those cute little bow hairstyles.
It seems to be that both of the music videos are the same. I’m currently watching the English version and it seems to be exactly the same. I really am digging the English version. And by the way, I love when Tiffany speaks or sings in English. She’s so cute when she does it.
Anyway, that’s my review of the TaeTiSeo music video for “Dear Santa”. I quite enjoyed it and can’t wait to listen to the full mini album. What was your favorite part of the music video? Which version of the song did you like more?
