I’ve heard good things about this video. Mamamoo has been an interesting group lately because they’ve sort of secured their position as a solid group in Kpop but they are entering into the realm of experimentation and changing roles in a way. “Paint Me” had Moonbyul, the rapper, singing and never rapping. It’s a change and I’m excited for the style they are embracing. Let’s start reviewing “Starry Night”.
Before I start anything, I think the word of this review is going to be “beautiful” or “gorgeous” because this video is both of those. The scenery was truly captivating. Each scene looked like a whole photo shoot. The girls of course looked gorgeous. My favorite is still Wheein though. Her with the short blonde hair was beautiful and then you had Solar with her long blonde hair who was also breathtaking. However, I think my favorite scene is when they are standing on the hill and they become silhouetted by the starry night behind them.
The song was good. It’s not my favorite Mamamoo song because I’m not aboard this Spanish/Latin music train. I don’t know if I ever will be. But the instruments were good and the sound was beautiful but I just can’t get with the Latin vibe quite yet. It seems like a fad since “Despacito”.
What did you think of “Starry Night”? Did you enjoy it? Who is your bias in Mamamoo? Thank you for supporting me. Please show your love and appreciation with the featured artist as well. Thank you for everything and I’ll see you in my next review.
In this section of my website, I will review Kpop music videos, albums, songs, and various other things pertaining to Kpop. This will be the main stage of my website. It is where the majority of the action will take place.
