The time has come! Finally Lovelyz have made their comeback and you have no idea how excited I am for this! Lovelyz have slowly become one of my favorite girl groups just because they are all so dang cute and their musical style is very dreamlike, almost like an electric dream, because they have all those electronic effects in their music, but happen to still maintain the dreamlike atmosphere. They released the music video for their song “Destiny” today, so I'm going to watch it and love it! So first off, that music video seemed so much more mature than their typical style, but I still loved it like crazy! They weren't wearing school girl uniforms anymore, but actual outfits. They all definitely matured, even Jiae, who looks like she's 10 looks more mature in this video. Speaking of Jiae, she got more than 1 line of singing! It seemed like she got 2 lines! Yay! But let's talk about the real focus here, Jin. Jin looked phenomenal with her short hair! Like, I love her with short hair more than I thought I could. The video had some connection with marbles and gravity and some other things like that, I'll have to look up the meaning behind those because I don't know. The song was more mature as well. It seemed to be more on the mature style of thinking and outfits and everything about it seemed older. However, even though they are maturing, they still remain as Lovelyz, so therefore, their electronic dreamlike style was still very present in this song and I can't wait to listen to the rest of the album. I'll be sure to do a first listen on my Twitter account and let you guys know what my thoughts are on this album. I have a feeling I'm going to love it. With that, I'm going to end this thing. I hope you enjoyed my review. I know, I'm still trying to find a decent tripod to do some recordings, but I might just use my computer to record.
