One of the first boy groups to get me back into Kpop (Yes, back. Meaning I was into Kpop in 2004 and in 2009 but returned for good in 2014/2015) was Infinite. The second I heard “Back” I was hooked. Fast forward a few years later and we are here, now with a new song “Tell Me”. Now I don't know how this is going to sound. But I can tell you if it's anything like their previous songs, you have me sold. “Last Romeo” was good, “Back” was awesome. “The Eye” and “Bad” were both great. So let's hope “Tell Me” is just as good, if not better.
Infinite is back with a music video that discusses regrets and mistakes and how you may try to go back and fix them, but in the end, you can't. One of the members wakes up in a bed and tries to find where he went wrong. He ends up chasing his old self down and trying to stop the girl from leaving. But in the end, he wakes up in his bed once again because you can't change the past. A few side notes: what the hell was that UFO consuming a tree thing? Also that box thing reminds me of “Borders” by Amber. Overall the video is about regrets and the life you have to live when you make mistakes. It's that running feeling of never being able to fix the problem and having to live with those mistakes.
The song starts with a slow fade in. It builds but it still has that Infinite epic sound to it. This song is a little more synthy than I remember Infinite being but this song is Infinite in 2018. I really dig it and I'm sad that Hoya had to leave the group but I do really enjoy this song. I'll have to listen to the album, but this is already a freaking jam. I also love the chorus. This is definitely going to be one of my favorite songs of the year.
I hope you enjoyed my review of “Tell Me” by Infinite. What did you think of the song? Please support Infinite. Please support Hoya even though he's not with the group anymore. Like and share this review on social media. Leave a comment saying your thoughts on the music video. Thank you as always for supporting me. I know I say it a lot but I appreciate you all for your love and support. I wouldn't be doing this if not for you all. So thank you. I'll see you in my next review.
