Gfriend is coming back in about 30 minutes from the time I'm writing this. “Fingertip” which is a weird name for a song is their comeback which has been the focus of a ton of hype in the K-pop community. This is going to be my earlier review for a music video because I have a timer set for 5 minutes before the video is supposed to release. By the time many of you will read this, the video will have been out for a while, but I'm hoping to be on top of this. I know that people are upset about the time change for releases, but for me it is great because I can watch the videos when they release now. Gfriend is becoming one of my favorite girl groups in K-pop and it's for a good reason. They are talented as crap. SinB, Eunha, and Sowon are my girls I'm following in this group. They are stunning and I can't wait for this comeback to be here.
That was the most bizarre music video I think they've ever done. I don't know what was going on but it seemed to be that Eunha was dreaming that the other members were chasing her and attacking her. There were a lot of special effects used in this video. It seemed to be in the subconscious of Eunha's mind. I think the underlying theme in this music video is don't let your nightmares rule your life. I don't know, if anyone does know, please correct me in the comment section.
The song was fresh and I loved that about it. The fact that cutesy Gfriend was performing a power disco song such as this is just incredible. It reminded me a lot of something that AOA would normally do. The entire time I was trying to think what group this reminded me of and it's definitely AOA. The high energy in this song gets me excited for their comeback album.
Thanks for checking out my review of “Fingertip” by Gfriend. I hope you enjoyed it and please like and share this post on social media. Comment any thoughts you had and any suggestions for future reviews. Thank you all very much for your support and I'll see ya in the next one.
