Eric Nam releases his second music video for his double release for Interview, his latest album. I wonder if this video will be as smooth and seductive as his last video. I kind of doubt it, but we'll never know unless we watch it.
The music video actually turned out to be just a lyric video. However, that doesn't mean it wasn't good. They used a lot of neat effects within the lyric video. It was all really cute and well done with sticky notes, computer applications, and the lyrics just written on all sorts of things you wouldn't think to put lyrics like a scene cut board. Eric Nam does appear in the music video for brief moments as he's “interviewing” a girl. What I mean by “interviewing” is that he is really just flirting and if I were a girl, I wouldn't turn Eric Nam down.
The song was a mid tempo chill song but not nearly as chill as “Good for You”. It was definitely a little bit more upbeat. The song seemed to be Eric Nam “interviewing” a girl to try to get to know her better with a line being repeated over and over in the song: “What's your name, girl.” I might be buying this album because both songs I've heard from it so far have been really good and just overall fun songs that you could jam to anytime of the day.
So, that's my review of “Interview” by Eric Nam. I really enjoyed watching it and I hope you enjoyed my thoughts on the song and video. Did you like the video?
